Đây là bản nội qui mà các thành viên đều ký chấp thuận khi ghi danh gia nhập D/D :
Khi dùng Diễn Đàn Lê Văn Duyệt, quí vị cam kết rằng:
- không đăng bất cứ bài vở, hình ảnh nào sai sự thật, phỉ báng cá nhân, kỳ thị, thô tục, quấy nhiễu, xâm phạm thuần phong mỹ tục, xúc phạm tín nguỡng, hăm dọa, xâm phạm đời sống riêng tư, hoặc vi phạm bất cứ điều luật nào.
- không đăng tài liệu nào không có phép của nguời giữ bản quyền. Tất cả những quảng cáo duới mọi hình thức đều không thích hợp với diễn đàn. Bài vở phải đuợc đăng trong những mục thích hợp, có liên quan.
- quí vị là nguời duy nhất chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về bài vở quí vị đăng, và bảo đảm không gây thiệt hại gì cho diễn đàn cũng như những trang khác liên hệ đến diễn đàn này. Ban điều hành dành toàn quyền tiết lộ những chi tiết về quí vị trong truờng hợp có sự khiếu nại hoặc thưa kiện gây ra do bài vở của quí vị đăng tại đây.
- quí vị chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về việc chọn tên, đăng tải hồ sơ cá nhân, và giữ ki'n mật mã. Tất cả những chi tiết không đúng hoặc thô tục sẽ bị xóa.
- không đuợc đăng bài duới tên của nguời khác.
Xin lưu ý rằng ban điều hành không thể theo dõi, kiểm chứng tất cả bài vở trong diễn đàn, và không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung, sự chính xác, đầy đủ ... của những bài vở, hình ảnh trong diễn đàn. Tất cả bài vở thể hiện quan điểm của tác giả, không hẳn là quan điểm của ban điều hành. Nếu quí vị nhận thấy có bài nào vi phạm nội qui này, xin cho chúng tôi biết ngay. Chúng tôi dành toàn quyền quyết định việc xóa bài, nếu thấy cần thiết. Điều này cũng áp dụng cho cả việc xóa hồ sơ cá nhân của thành viên.
Mỗi bài đăng đều đuợc lưu giữ lại IP. Thành viên có thể bị cấm vào diễn đàn khi vi phạm năng nề nội qui này.
